Our Firm is looking for immediate employment of a highly motivated Accounting Supervisor with an interest in developing into a department manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise the team of the Accounting Department
Communicate, plan and manage the bookkeeping department’s clients
Verify and review accounting journals and ledgers
Carry out the bookkeeping of a portfolio of international and/or local clients
Review and finalise Trial Balances for audit
Preparation, review and submission of VAT, VIES and other tax declarations as required
Perform other duties as required
Be part of the management team, work closely with the managing director and other Departments
Profile and Qualifications:
College/University Degree or Certificate of London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) – Level 3
Qualification or part-qualification ACCA/ACA will be considered an advantage
Experience in bookkeeping of international clients will be considered an advantage
Experience in a similar position
Experience in VAT/TAX-related matters
Fluent in Greek and English (both verbal and written)
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
Highly committed individual with the ability to take initiative
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow internal policies and procedures
Ability to multitask in a busy and demanding work environment
Ability to work and report under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines
