CMTrading, an award-winning, FSCA-regulated, and one of the oldest brokerages is looking to hire a talented Finance Representative to join its growing team in Limassol.
Your primary responsibility will be to aid and resolve issues for customers. You will serve as a direct point of contact for customers who have questions, concerns, or require support with a product or service. Your role will involve ensuring customers’ satisfaction by delivering excellent service and addressing customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Your main objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.
JOB DESCRIPTION (Key Responsibilities):
Process client funding transactions promptly and accurately.
Collaborate with internal departments, such as PSP and Accounting, to resolve any funding-related issues or discrepancies.
Monitor and reconcile client funding accounts on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
Assist clients with funding inquiries, provide guidance on available payment options, and address any concerns or questions regarding their accounts.
Keep up-to-date records of client transactions, funding requests, and any related documentation.
Assist in the development and implementation of improved funding processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Sales and Support teams to identify opportunities for client acquisition and retention through competitive funding options.
Handling and locating clients’ deposits and allocating funds to client’s account
REQUIREMENTS (Skills & Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in a similar role within the Forex or financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of financial markets and Forex trading.
Familiarity with client funding processes, including deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions.
Solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements within the financial industry.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in using financial software and platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
High ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
