Job Description

BBF is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece is looking for Corporate Administrator.

  • Corporate issues (incorporation of Cyprus and offshore companies; changes to the companies officers, registered office, shareholders, beneficiaries, agent, Memorandum and Articles of the Company; registration of charges and release of charges):
  • Liaising with lawyers, agents and service providers regarding the above matters;
  • Responsibility for the due and punctual performance of the above matters;
  • Keeping the client informed on the status of the above matters.
    • Preparation of standard corporate documents (ready drafts);
    • Maintenance of corporate structures (to be sure that the corporate structures are in up-todate condition), clients due diligence documents;
    • Maintenance of the corporate information and documents: Archive (in electronic and documentary form); •
  • Preparation of non-standard corporate documents (corporate resolutions and minutes);
    • Standard review of the documents sent by the client for execution;
    • Support of KYC and due diligence requests coming from the banks, custodians, financial institutions, corporate service providers and law firms.
  • Managing the correspondence with the shareholders, directors, members of management;
    • Providing registration of documentation and managing corporate documentation archive
    • Preparation and execution of the documents of Companies’ strike off and register of charge;
    • Controlling of the changes on the structure of companies and preparing all supporting documents;
    • Daily Corporate activities; liaising with the legal consultancy providers, corporate agents and etc;
    • Document circulation handling, control and preparation, arranging of the signing by all counterparties.
  • Maintaining detailed and organized company records, preparing corporate communications, and making sure the company complies with corporate laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining records of corporate policies and procedures in order to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Daily communication with internal departments and/or vendors on corporate action challenges
  • On-going review of operational processes and controls against written procedures and guidelines procedure updates
