Administration - Clerical
As a CRM & Back-Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact with key responsibilities that will include updating data, generating reports, overseeing CRM updates and enhancements, maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll and controlling correspondence.
Process compensations and bonuses.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data through regular updates.
Ensure data accuracy and communicate errors to relevant users.
Generate weekly and monthly reports for management.
Act as the first point of contact for CRM-related queries.
Organize and update customer databases.
Coordinate with various departments for timely responses to customer requests.
Previous experience in a CRM/Backoffice role or knowledge of CRM and Back-office software systems.
Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with a high level of professionalism.
Self-learner and highly motivated individual.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Candidates must possess permanent residency status in Cyprus to be considered for this position.
Holder of a US Visa will be considered as an advantage.
Working Hours: 3 PM - 12 AM (CY Time)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Holidays: Closed on American Bank Holidays; Cyprus Bank Holidays offer x2 Salary
