About Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to ensure the effective functioning of the entire team in terms of processes. You will work on our flagship project Hero Wars Dominion Era.
What you’ll be doing
- Formulating a vision and strategy for improving delivery from a PM perspective
- Engaging in goal setting and building effective communication within the project team
- Ensuring teams meet established deadlines
- Developing, implementing, and fine-tuning processes that are effective in achieving project goals (delivery)
- Growing the expertise of middle managers
- Monitoring the project financial indicators in relation to PM constraints
We hope that you
- Have experience in forming a managers team
- Can organize processes that ensure transparency in development and adherence to deadlines
- Understand and can convey values, establish inter-team collaboration, and work at a team level
- Can launch features, mentor junior specialists, and shape the team's development vision
- Have experience in team transformation
- Have experience in managing multiple very different teams in a flow
- Have a systematic approach to management
- Work with priorities and comply with your own commitments
- Have experience in game development
