As Welltech is growing rapidly and our headcount is already more than 50 employees in Cyprus - and it’s only a start, we are looking for a skilled HR Operations Officer to our HR team. In this role the specialist will build, drive and execute key HR administration processes and initiatives in Cyprus, providing a high standard of HR service to employees.

Challenges You'll Meet

  • Develop and implement HR administration processes and initiatives in Cyprus
  • Develop and update HR policies specific to Cyprus in line with local legislation
  • Manage HR records, including employment contracts, personnel files, and benefits administration
  • Prepare inputs for the payroll calculations and suggest the competitive pay elements structuring
  • Provide inputs and requirements for the HRMS localisation
  • Guide and coach managers and other stakeholders on employee relations and HR issues in line with Company policies, best practices and local law
  • Act as a backup for the local HR Immigration Specialist
  • Partner managers, Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners Teams as a subject matter expert on employment compliance matters

Your Professional Qualities

  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Cypriot labor law and regulations
  • Experience in employment contracts preparation and other HR records management
  • Experience in developing HR policies and procedures, for instance, absence policy, equal treatment, etc., at least - be an active participant in implementing any policies
  • Knowledge of benefits administration, including medical insurance and other benefits
  • At least a strong Upper-Intermediate level of English, fluent in Greek
  • Experience working with people from different cultural backgrounds

Nice To Have

  • Knowledge of HRMS (Workday preferable) and payroll administration
  • Immigration compliance experience
