About The Role

Join our dynamic PMO team as a Communication and Engagement Specialist! In this pivotal role, you'll boost the PMO's internal visibility, craft engaging content for diverse platforms, and devise communication strategies with internal stakeholders. Your efforts will enhance the PMO's image, spark interest in our initiatives, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. You'll be instrumental in promoting Project Management initiatives, significantly boosting the organization's agility, transparency and effectivenes.

Reporting line: Head of PMO

Location: Riga, Latvia/Limassol, Cyprus/Bratislava, Slovakia

Worksite: Remote/ Hybrid (in the location we have the office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation and Management: Craft compelling content that showcases the PMO's activities, achievements, and insights
• Content Collection: Conduct interviews and collect materials spotlighting the PMO's successes and the project management achievements across departments
• PMO Events Organization: Plan and execute PMO-related events, fostering knowledge sharing and community building within our organization
• Educational Content Development: Lead the creation and improvement of the company-wide PMO's educational resources
• Communication Strategy: Oversee client satisfaction metrics and conduct surveys to refine and enhance the PMO communication strategy
• Community Engagement: Foster active engagement on internal platforms, driving dialogue and involvement in PMO initiatives
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication in both Russian and English. Both languages are a MUST
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities
• Proficiency with digital communication tools and platforms
• Active user of ChatGPT
• Analytical and strategic planning abilities
• Effective time management
• Ability to travel within EU
