Job Description

INEX is an investment developer group, which specializes in implementing full-cycle projects, ranging from choosing land plots to managing construction and maintenance of premium-class real estate. We are currently looking for an Accountant to join our offices in Paphos.

The successful candidate will be required to handle a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of and previous experience with accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Knowledge of Cyprus regulations and documentary requirements.
  • Experience with banking systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Proficiency in Russian and Greek.
  • Problem solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with 1C software (advantage).
  • Proficiency in English (advantage).

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate, complete and up-to-date records of customers and suppliers.
  • Timely issuance and processing of customer invoices according to the company’s practices.
  • Controlling customer payment collection and communication with other departments and customers.
  • Assistance in communications with banks to ensure smooth banking operations.
  • Review, recording and processing of supplier invoices according to the company’s practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Performing regular account reconciliations, investigating and resolving any irregularities.
  • Controlling intercompany accounts, reconciliations and settlements.
  • Maintaining accurate and complete documentation files.
  • Preparing reports and statements in relation to customers and suppliers for internal and external use.
  • Assisting in general financial management and analysis.
  • Collaborating with HR and finance teams on payroll-related matters.
  • Staying updated with payroll regulations and changes.
  • Proactive participation in continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes.
