Career Opportunity

As a Corporate Services Manager (Banking), you will be at the forefront of our corporate services division, leading two teams of skilled professionals and strategically managing a portfolio of corporate clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure timely delivery of our corporate and banking services and solutions to the standard we aim at, by adopting a pro-active, client-oriented and problem-solving approach in terms of mandatory / regulatory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Corporate Department operations on a daily basis.

  • Create and assess diverse agreements and contracts for effectiveness.

  • Ensure timely submission of essential documentation to relevant authorities.

  • Collaborate with domestic and international banks, resolving intricate challenges.

  • Cultivate strong business relationships with external associates and government officials.

  • Active involvement in maintaining business relationships with external associates and governmental authorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Proven experience in international banking and relationship management in the Cyprus banking sector.

  • Solid knowledge of banking regulations and applicable compliance framework..

  • Up-to-date with international banking landscape, especially in terms of risk tolerance.

  • Ability to comprehend and interpret financial statements.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building and maintaining fruitful client relationships.

  • Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success.

  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
