Digital Transformation Project Manager

bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction and other related services. bbf: is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for a Digital Transformation Project Manager in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

• Project management for the digital transformation of a construction organization with limited resources (matrix project structure).
• Managing up to 4-6 projects, coordinating resources, and reporting on projects (project charter, project presentation, reporting diagrams, timelines, budget, resources).
• Coordinating meetings and keeping protocols.

General Requirements:

• Experience in project management for digital transformation of a construction organization in conditions of limited resources (matrix project structure) for at least 3 years.
• Experience in project implementation and successful examples of project sustainability.
• Experience in managing up to 4-6 projects, coordinating resources, and reporting on the project (project passport, project presentation, reporting diagrams, deadlines, budget, resources).
• Experience in coordinating meetings and keeping protocols.
• Ability to make requests and solve problems related to engaging internal resources and subcontracting organizations.
• Ability to coordinate parallel work.

Technical Requirements:

• Professional proficiency in any project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Oracle Primavera, Jira, etc.) with a high speed of building Gantt charts.
• Understanding of information technologies necessary for formulating requirements and collecting results from experts in the fields of development, integration, administration, and support.
