Nutaku Games is currently seeking an experienced professional with great attention to detail, capable of displaying empathy and patience to join our growing team of Customer Support & Community Specialists. We will count on you to actively interact with our players and use your passion and creativity to meet their needs.
We are currently looking for a Sr. Customer Support & Community Coordinator with English to join our Community & Social Media team, tasked with providing assistance to our ever-growing player base, overseeing and monitoring diverse English-speaking communities for our titles.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way;
- Promote a player-focused attitude and engage with our communities on the dedicated discussion boards;
- Identify customer needs and be proactive when dealing with customer issues;
- Provide complete troubleshooting before escalation;
- Assist other members of the community management team with community-related tasks;
- Document issues, bugs & feedback received from the community.
- Collaborate with other departments to stay updated on new projects or features, as well as to ensure that our customer's concerns and feedback are delivered to the proper department.
Requirements:
- High level of fluency in written and spoken English;
- Passion for games and a customer-focused mindset;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;
- Strong computer skills (proficient with MS Office), ability to learn and use customer support tools;
- Ability to follow best practices and interact with people at any level;
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills; Able to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
- Working experience is a plus but not necessary.
