Job Description

CMTrading, an award-winning, FSCA regulated, and one of the oldest brokerages, is looking to hire a talented HEAD OF IB’S (Introducing Brokers) to join its growing team in Limassol.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Senior Management position responsible for overseeing the Company's Introducing Broker Relationships and developing new business opportunities with IBs. Must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Forex Market and IB Business. Candidate should also have a proven track record of developing successful IB relationships and achieving business targets. A degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred, along with several years of experience in the Forex industry.

1.       Develop and implement the company's IB strategy to increase revenue and market share.

2.       Develop and maintain relationships with existing IBs and recruit new IBs to expand the company's network.

3.       Monitor and analyze IB performance to ensure that they meet or exceed their targets and provide feedback to improve their performance.

4.       Develop/implement marketing campaigns to promote the company's products/services to IBs and their clients.

5.       Manage the IB team and provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure that they meet their objectives.

6.       Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, compliance, and operations to ensure that IBs are fully supported.

7.       Develop and maintain knowledge of the Forex market and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

8.       Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with IBs.

9.       Ensure that IBs comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

10.  Provide regular reports to senior management on IB performance and business development activities.
