We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Limassol.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.
This candidate will be an ambassador for the company by leasing with customers and partners with the purpose of creating long-term sustainable relationships.
Responsibilities
Identify partnership opportunities
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
Represent the company’s projects at exhibitions, presentations and meetings
Maintain close relations with partners, meets them on a regulars basis and pursue the generation of referrals and new sales
Promote property investments to potential investors
Handle customer queries and organises property viewings
Search for new property investments
Assist with the marketing and promotional materials

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years' proven related business development or sales experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commercially oriented and business acumen
Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
