Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be required to:
- Develop, implement & administer all aspects of the Firm’s Compliance Management Program;
- Develop & maintain internal compliance manuals, policies, procedures & systems;
- Review new & forthcoming regulations, advise how these affect Firm operations;
- Review & monitor marketing communication & publications for compliance with regulations;
- Stay up to date with regulatory requirements & guidelines, assist with updating firm procedures & policies to ensure continued compliance;
- Provide the Board & Senior Management with reports on the operations & progress of compliance efforts;
- Maintain accuracy of compliance records, tests, training materials, logs, correspondence, procedures, forms, manuals & other;
- Record, monitor and respond to clients’ complaints.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required, a Masters degree is preferred;
- CySEC Advanced Certification is an advantage;
- Previous experience in the field of Compliance & AML is an advantage;
- Excellent written & verbal communication in GR & ENG;
- Excellent organizational & analytical skills;
- Ability to work independently & pay close attention to detail;
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
