The Opportunity is within the Business Applications team that supports global project initiatives. We act on a large scale of the Tech skillset map.

What you will do:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Atlassian Suite of products especially for JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management (with Client portals), Confluence and variety of Atlassian market-place add-on applications
  • Administer/configure/support JIRA Software (cloud version)
  • Administer/configure/support JIRA Service Management including Assets feature (Cloud version)
  • Administer/configure/support Confluence (External/External (public) spaces) – (Cloud version)
  • Interact with Business stakeholders and Business Analysts and work on functional business requirements implementation
  • Acquire knowledge and responsibilities of other Rimes Business applications
  • Report directly to Head of Business Applications department
  • Ad hoc duties as requested

Who you are:

  • Experience with back-end configuration and setup of Atlassian Suite of Products (Cloud version):
    • JIRA Software (cloud version)
    • JIRA Service Management including Assets feature (cloud version)
    • Confluence (cloud version)
  • Atlassian JIRA Service Management Client portal configuration and maintenance
  • KOJI Chatbot maintenance and support (dedicated version would be a plus)
  • JIRA Service Management Workflow design, configuration and automation
