therapeutic categories, owns 3800 marketing authorizations and operates in more than 107 countries around the world. Our thirteen separate manufacturing sites are designed to fully comply with European and WHO current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).
We invite applications from highly qualified and motivated professionals for the position of HR Associate – Learning/Development & Wellbeing, based in our offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
The opportunity
Supports L&D administration tasks concerning the full Learning and Development cycle
Analyses learning and development needs based on departmental needs and requests
Organizes and co-ordinates learning, and development programs based on the approved training budget
Gets feedback and evaluates learning and development programs and their ROI;
Maintains the L&D management system up to date
Coordinates subsidy programs ran by the organisation (i.e. HRDA, Department of Labour, KEPA)
Organises effective induction programs for new colleagues
Organises and coordinates events and other activities based on the Company’s Wellbeing Strategy
Administrates the employees’ discount program
Authors and edits the in-house newsletters
The requirements
University Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Occupational Psychology, Business Administration or any other related discipline
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Good knowledge on HR processes and operations
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Systems
Strong computer literacy
Fluency in both the Greek and English language
Business awareness and high motivation
Maintains confidentiality and professional demeanour
Very good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach
