The Role

• Offer technical solutions to unique customer problems
• Diagnose and fix hardware and software computer issues and printer related problems
• Advise and sell products including computers, laptops, printers, and consumables
• Engage with our customers to identify the best product for their needs
• Manage store operations and provide after sales technical advice

Key skills and requirements

Training and product knowledge will be given but we are looking for the following skillset

• Retail experience of IT products and services
• Knowledge and experience in the repair of computers and printers
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and colleagues
• Ready to adapt to change and learn new things
• A decision maker
• Bright and outgoing personality
• Greek/English speaker
• Full clean drivers’ licence
