  • We are looking for a person to take over the position of Helpdesk Support Engineer / Assistant to Technical Manager in our company with the main responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level support to customers for all things that may involve a computer, server, networking, and infrastructure support.
  • Be able to work in-house, on-site, and remotely to assist clients.
  • Ability to easily and quickly understand problems and provide instant support to clients.
  • Act as liaison between client and technical manager for more difficult cases.
  • Ability to handle and solve day-to-day problems from customers.
  • Assist in increasing Company’s Sales, Revenue, and profitability by demonstrating its knowledge to potential customers.
  • Assist and organize if needed basic marketing campaigns via social media, email, and other media in which the company is involved in.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Excellent knowledge of all Windows Operating systems, Office, Cloud Solutions, and Storage.
  • Good knowledge of Networks, WiFi, and Virtualization.
  • Ability to work with Routers, Firewalls, Servers, Copiers, and other types of Hardware.
  • Knowledge of Web Platforms like WordPress will be considered as a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and use of Greek and English Language is a must.
  • Ability to work efficiently alone or in groups
  • Ability to think outside the box and propose methods and ideas that can be effective to further develop the business.
