·                     Presentation of products to potential customers – furniture, lights, materials for completion projects.

•             To make proposals and offers;

•             To make proforma and invoices for customers;

•             Payments for suppliers and tracking of the payments;

•             To be in contact with suppliers and design team;

•             To be in contact with logistic company regarding delivery of goods and time of deliveries;

•             Information support for existing customers, familiarization with the new range;

•             Preparation meetings with potential customers and existing customers, partners;

•             Reporting and daily analysis of the work done;

•             Preparation of payments and organization of the file in Monday.Com, share folders;

•             Reports of activity to superiors and to find solutions to the problems;

·                     SMM management for social media pages of the company.

Job Requirements

•             fluency in English and Russian;

•             knowledge of the Greek is a plus when choosing a potential candidate;

·                     Work permit in Cyprus;

•             retail project management experience;

•             availability of own transport (gasoline expenses shall be compensated);

•             presentable appearance and speaking skills;

•             to know Excel and Word

•             AutoCAD and Photoshop will be considered as an advantage;

•             knowledge of direct sales technologies;

•             ability to work for results;
