Head of Account Managers

Position: Head of Account Managers
Department: Account Management
Reports To: Executive Director
Location: Larnaca, Cyprus  

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Manages a team that builds relationships with new and existing clients
• Ensures that Account Managers are meeting the needs of their clients
• Sets the strategy and direction for the department both short and long term to grow their client base
• Sets targets for all team members and ensure those targets are met
• Takes part in the recruitment and selection process for their department
• Carries out training and continuous development of the team
• Works closely with Heads of Departments and communicates clearly across the company
• Implements performance management and monitors performance levels
• Identifies and implements new systems and procedures to enhance the efficiency of the department
• Performs periodical meetings with the team to discuss short and long term strategies
• Motivates and drives the team to increase turnover
• Creates working schedules for the department to cover the needs of the business
• Communicates clearly to the department changes within the organisation such as new technologies, promotions and client benefits

REQUIREMENTS

• University/College Degree in relevant field
• Fluency in English: any additional languages will be considered as an advantage
• Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in a senior Account Management role
• Experience within the FX Industry
• Experience in managing large teams
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills
