Role in Brief

The Windows IT team has a vacancy for an experienced Windows System & SharePoint Administrator to provide systems support to both 1st and 3rd liners and manage SharePoint Online for the organization.

Systems Administration:

Provides design, implementation, administration, monitoring and troubleshooting of Server virtualization infrastructure systems including Azure based VMs. Windows Servers and Client (500+) systems lifecycle management including but not limited to: Automated OS Deployment, Automated Software provisioning, Configuration Management, Patch Management, InTune, 2FA and Implementation of Security Best Practices. Identifies and corrects faults and provides resolution of complex problem tickets escalated from help desk. Provides support to 1st and 3rd line support as well as for ISO related requirements.

SharePoint Administration:

To work closely with the 3rd level support team members, as well as various business decision makers and users to ensure successful implementation and operation of the corporate SharePoint site. Responsible to support business and IT teams with site administration, creation of workflows & customization within the Albourne SharePoint Online environment. Support Microsoft Teams and OneDrive support activities and other collaboration services under the Microsoft 365 environment. The role will also manage content hosted on SharePoint and help expedite user adoption within the Organization.

Insights to the Role

  • Manage systems using Hyper-V 2012R2, System Center VMM, vmware vSphere, iSCSI and SMB 3.0 Storage
  • Solid knowledge of Windows Active Directory Services (ADDS), DNS, DHCP, AD Federation Services (ADFS), Remote Desktop Services (RDS), File Services and Print Services
  • Experience with Automated OS Deployment, Automated Software provisioning, Configuration Management, Patch Management, Implementation of Security Best Practices
  • Experience supporting Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Intune, Teams, OneDrive, Planner, 2FA technologies
  • Configure and troubleshoot SharePoint permissions
  • Create and administer SharePoint Online site collections and sub-sites.
  • Create, customize, and support SharePoint lists and libraries
  • Design workflows, integrate with Power Automate and other apps for process automation
  • Provide technical support of Microsoft Teams integration with SharePoint and OneDrive

Who You Are

  • You should be fluent in spoken and written English
  • You are comfortable working in a big team; able to communicate effectively and balance multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • 3+ years combined as a Systems Administrator with SharePoint Administration experience
  • Strong Database knowledge, Power BI, PowerShell (preferred), Microsoft 365 Office Apps
  • Experience using Microsoft PowerApps to create SharePoint Online integrated forms and applications
  • Experience using Microsoft Power Automate to create SharePoint online integrated workflows
  • Ability to manage and keep track of multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work with minimal supervision and possess impeccable attention to detail
  • End-user requirement gathering, system analysis and user training
  • Must be a team player with good working attitude
