Your daily activities as Payments Specialist:
Working hand-in-hand on a daily basis with Head of Financial Institutions and within the newly formed Financial Institutions Team to assist with effective coordination /completion of tasks/projects to reach Admirals’ goals in expanding its Payment Service Providers portfolio and improving its Payments flow in various worldwide regions.
Onboarding new Payment Service Providers, completing due diligence KYC/KYB procedures, and giving assistance from the first step until the Payment Service Provider is launched into live-mode for the payments processing.
Assisting with internal control and monitoring of the Company's payment systems and functionalities.
Identifying, analyzing, resolving and communicating various issues related to the Payment Service Providers as well as those related to the payment transactions with a strong focus on enhancing customers’ smooth payments journey and satisfaction.
Cross-functioning with multiple internal departments, stakeholders, and also external Payment Service Providers.
Identifying innovative ideas/approaches in order to improve the Company’s payments processing capabilities and efficiency, negotiate and minimize fees/rates related to the Payment Service Providers, and therefore to increase the Company’s payments turnover.
You are best for this role if you are/have:
University/College degree either in Economics, Business Management/Administration, Finance, or in any other related field.
Fluency in English is a must, an additional language will be considered as an advantage.
Computer literate with very good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Knowledge of Confluence and Jira will be considered as an advantage.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively network with stakeholders, handle multiple tasks, track and report on progress.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as individually, in a highly dynamic environment and sometimes under pressuring conditions in order to fulfill efficiently ambitious objectives while working simultaneously on multiple projects and in parallel on various high priorities.
Must be highly responsible, detail-oriented, analytical, and well-organized, as well as a self-starter with the ability to think creatively and out-of-the-box.
Must be proactive and show initiative.
Ability to follow processes and procedures.
Previous experience in the financial trading/investment brokerage industry will be considered as an advantage.
