About the Role...

Harneys Fiduciary (HF) is looking to add a Corporate Administrator to be part of our team of professionals who are dealing with our international portfolio of business servicing BVI client companies.

The Corporate Administrator will be responsible to deal with client requests and communicate with clients in that respect, with the support of the existing team of professionals where required.

About you...

You are a self-driven, energetic individual with experience working in corporate secretarial and administration engagements and able to deal with client requests. You will demonstrate the ability to engage in client communications and show real commitment to pursuing a career in corporate services.

Who you’ll be working with...

You will be part of a dynamic team of corporate services administration professionals at varying experience levels in Cyprus and across Harneys’ global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Deal with client requests on a daily basis, as those will be assigned by the manager of the department. Such requests may be but not limited to changes in the Register of Directors / Register of Members, drafting of simple board minutes and other administrative requests from clients
  • The corporate administrator will be responsible for the invoicing of such requests as well as with the overall communication with the client, giving you the opportunity to work independently while been a part of a team.
  • Executing and replying to verified instructions/enquiries from clients and internal sources, dealing with clients directly ensuring HF policies are followed and quality / turnaround requirements are met
  • Maintenance of various registers/database of documents: corporate registers, agreements, incumbency certificates, etc for our portfolio of clients

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Holder of a university degree
  • Ability to communicate with clients and work independently as well as in a team structure;
  • Experience with BVI entities and knowledge of the BVI Business Companies Act will be considered an advantage
  • Proficiently in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
  • Knowledge of ViewPoint (or Quorum) would be considered an advantage
