Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the performance and capacity Mada network.
  • Handling faults properly and cooperating with other technical departments in order to solve network problems.
  • Performing regular checks on network hardware and software.
  • Responding to network alerts and hardware malfunctions.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting network errors.
  • Tracking and documenting network issues and compiling incident reports.

 Qualification Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer and/or telecommunications engineer, or a similar field.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, during weekends and holidays.
  • 0-2 years of experience in Telecommunications or networking fields.
  • Good written and verbal knowledge of the English language and the Greek language is a plus.
  • Good communications skills and ability to work well under pressure.
