Job Description

Role Summary

As Retail Product Manager, you will work with Product, commercial, operational and technology teams in a multi-operator environment, servicing our retail clients, defining business requirements, prioritisation, and delivery.

You will be passionate about delivering a best-in-class sportsbook product to our customers, understanding business and system processes, with an eye for detail and an ability to communicate requirements clearly to all levels of the business.

A keen interest in sport and an understanding of sports betting and the global bookmaking industry are significantly desirable qualities.

Your influential mission:

Producing detailed industry gap & product analysis (including performance analysis)

Defining exceptional features that keep customers excited to use our retail products

Writing comprehensive product specifications and acceptance criteria

Working with & guiding retail solutions and development teams to deliver your best-in-class product

Providing visibility of Backlog and Roadmap Management

Conducting product sign off’s

Liaising & advising Executive Management, Sales, Operator, Trading, Developer, Testing, Design / UX & Marketing teams

Identifying, raising, and prioritising existing and potential business-critical bugs

Liaising with 3rd party providers and their associated products for integrations

Continually monitoring industry best practices, licensing, and compliance

Working closely with key customers (e.g. OPAP, PaddyPower, Betfred)

Becoming an expert on US Retail operations and compliance topics

This role is meant for YOU if YOU:

Know the sports betting industry and are broadly experienced in Retail and/or Online operations

Can communicate with stakeholders, operators, developers, solutions, and designers

Think creatively, backed by your strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay good attention to detail, and can assimilate, sort and aggregate complex information quickly

Can communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English, and you are able to write clearly and interact well with all levels of the audience

Understand software development, working closely with Technology teams in scheduling functional and non-functional requirements

Have experience with Jira
