Duties and responsibilities include:
· Draft and revise policies and procedures and prepare reports;
· Audit existing processes, identify weaknesses and suggest corrective actions;
· Keep abreast of internal procedures and global CFDs and regulatory developments;
· Address employees’ questions and advice on compliance matters;
· Lead compliance projects and supervise team members;
· Monitor communications with customers and review marketing material;
· Review, investigate and assist with the resolution of client complaints;
· Perform any other assigned compliance-related task.
· Evaluate new business ideas, products, and services, assess risks and give opinion;
· Review regulatory requirements, assess the impact on operations and update monitoring program;
· Ensure ongoing compliance and collaborate with relevant parties to meet reporting obligations;
· Maintain up-to-date compliance records (e.g., documents, logs, correspondence, reports, etc.);
The Ideal Candidate:
· University degree or similar;
· 4+ years’ experience within the CFDs/Forex industry working in a similar role;
· Relevant professional certification will be considered as an advantage;
· Excellent communication (verbal and non-verbal), business acumen, organizational, presentation and problem-solving skills;
· Fluent in English language (verbal & written);
· Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
· Able to work on own initiative, independently, prioritise workload and pay attention to details.
