You will work as an integral part of the Executive Recruitment Team of Amdocs to source and recruit key strategic senior roles within EMEA.
What will your job look like?
Design and develop sourcing strategies to find, attract and hire hard to find talent - often under highly confidential conditions.
Work with business leaders to understand requirements for niche positions and become a SME.
Interview applicants based on a consistent set of qualifications and determines applicant qualifications on the basis of interviews along with your analysis of the candidate experience and reference verification. You will also provide your recommendation to the business
Facilitate and own the internal mobility processes that includes working with employees on career moves and manage the process with the business.
Discusses job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and then publishes vacancies on internal and external sites.
Maintain all processes and candidate statuses in the Applicant Tracking System. Create job offers, and lead promotions from vacancy approval to salary definition and signing stage.
All you need is...
Have a passion for sourcing and finding candidates for hard to fill roles - with experience recruiting for executive positions.
Strong spoken and written English and be an engaging teammate, hard worker, fast learner, able to get things done and fantastic interpersonal skill
Be able to identify attract and maintain relationships with potential key talent
Experience with different sourcing techniques and methods and be able to find multiple sources of talent.
Strong communication, relationship management, analytical and critical thinking skills
