Job Requirements include:

• Taking guests’ orders and running food

• Handling cash and other forms of payment and making proficient sales transactions using a point-of-sale system

• Demonstrating responsible alcohol service

• Demonstrating impeccable product knowledge and suggestive selling using proven techniques

• Maintaining a clean and organized station – including pre-bussing and table maintenance

• Performing opening, closing, and side duties

• Creating memorable experiences and entertaining guests to create “Raving Fans”

• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures and practice all general safety standards

• Maintaining a good appearance and following all uniform guidelines

• Positive and outwardly friendly attitude towards guests

• Genuine enthusiasm and aptitude for serving people

• High level of organization, attention-to-detail. Ability to work under pressure

Qualifications Required:

• Previous experience will be considered as an advantage

• Ability to work under pressure

• Basic knowledge of Greek and English. The knowledge of another language will be considered as a plus
