Job Description

Due to continuous expansion of our global operations, we are currently looking to dynamic individual to assume the role of QA Support Officer. 

Job Description:

  • Observe customer support agents’ performance through live chats and conduct quality checks
  • Devise procedures to inspect, report and resolve issues affecting Customer Support operations
  • Identify any issues are reported by the clients and liaise with the responsible parties to report the issues and monitor progress until the issues are solved
  • Help in enhancing the quality and effectiveness of Customer Support operations 
  • Ensure that all clients’ requests are processed on time with no delays
  • Be the liaison between client’s requests, Customer Service and Back Office operations
  • Complete any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department or Management at a high level 

Person Specification:

  • University degree in Business Management or a relevant field
  • Previous relevant experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent reporting and analytical skills
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve problems
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Business fluency in the English language, both verbal and written
