Job Title: Executive Aviation Agent - Seasonal Full-Time

Location: Larnaca Airport

Reporting to: Executive Aviation Manager


Job Summary

To manage the entire arrival and departure process of the executive aviation (EA) flights, thus oversee all ground handling activities and adhering to all safety and security standards as described in the Ground Operations Manual (GO).

 Job Responsibilities

• Deliver all ground handling services requested by the operator of the EA flights, according to standard ground handling agreement (SGHA) of the operator and Swissport. If there isn’t a SGHA in case of ad hoc operators, services are delivered as per their requirements.

• Liaise with appropriate companies or other Swissport departments to provide the various services (General Aviation Terminal, DCA, fuelling companies, Meteo services, catering providers, toilet service, water service, cleaning, etc.) requested by the operator on time and at the safety levels described at GOM

• Monitor all ground handling activities to ensure consistent delivery and adherence to corporate, local compliance rules as well as those of IBAC (International Business Aviation Council)

• Obtain, communicate and deliver to crew all required documentation and information/Notams etc on time.

• Book hotel accommodation and/or car rental and/or other services requested by the EA operator of his clients and/or his crew

• Invoice the operator for the services rendered and obtain payment, (if the client is not on credit) prior to the aircraft’s departure. Liaise with Accounts department to ensure that company received due payments

• Adhere to safety and security standards of Swissport, Airport Authorities, DCA, IBAC and those required by the operator while on duty

• Perform FOD control and removal prior to landing of the aircraft

• Perform start up clearance duties (Headsets) if required

• Drive safely within the airport observing ALL rules and regulations as laid by the airport authority & DCA

• Deliver Meet & Assist services as per company’s SOP. Liaise with the Tour Operator Reps and other key stakeholders for most efficient delivery of this service, exceeding customers’ expectations

• Attend annual trainings as required by Swissport Training department

• Carry out office duties such as general administration, statistics gathering and compiling, competition monitoring, DCA payments, contacts database lists, etc

• Follow up and respond promptly to emails and other messages while on stand by

• Excel in Customer Service in delivering all above tasks and responsibilities, by adhering to Swissport EA Customer Service Delivery Standards SOP

• Be prepared to be rostered according to the EA operational needs

• Other duties as assigned by the management


Qualifications and Competencies

• College/University degree or equivalent

• Valid driver’s licence

• Good English oral and written communication skills

• Computer literate (Microsoft office)

• Can work in teams with minimal supervision

• Must be flexible and willing to work various shifts including holidays, weekends and night shifts

• Quality and efficiency oriented

• Attention to detail

• Customer oriented

• Safety awareness as top priority

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver on time

• Willingness to work in inclement weather
