Administration - Clerical
Our People Advisory Services (PAS) team is seeking to recruit an HR Consultant to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of local and international projects, of broad people advisory scope, across a wide range of sectors.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of human resource management and relevant experience in consulting and more precisely in dealing with Learning & Development Projects and activities. The role requires strategic thinking, innovative mindset and excellent communication skills.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Organizing and managing learning and development projects.
Identifying training methodologies that indicate successful training delivery.
Conduct costs analysis and return on investment of learning interventions, as well as effectively managing budgets Developing training content and educational material for a wide spectrum of courses.
Develop engaging learning activities and course content.
Creating supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc).
Creating, managing and maintaining a user-friendly curriculum database and training records.
Mapping out annual training plans for internal teams.
Ensuring that subcontractors and internal trainers follow the set protocols and rules at all phases of the process.
Gathering feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session.
Conducting skills gap analyses.
Collaborating with subject matter experts to identify the training needs of the target audience.
Analysing and conducting instructional research on learners and situations.
Selecting and applying educational practices and tested instructional design methodologies.
Working closely with PAS and other EY teams, where needed, to provide high quality deliverables.
Performing general administration duties in the context of project management.

Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek language.
Excellent report writing skills and high attention to detail.
Service and goal-oriented approach; demonstrating persistence, drive and energy to work on a fast-pace environment.
Able to communicate ideas and instructions to staff at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
A very good team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Demonstrated integrity, values, principles, and work ethic.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Instructional Design or other related field.
Experience in instructional design and with instructional technology.
3-5 years of previous work experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
Experience in designing and developing training material, developing a training strategy and understanding of different training methods and channels.
Passion for the HR field and strong drive to learn and grow.
