Job Description

The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of internal projects relating to the provision of HR and Recruitment services of the company.

The Opportunity:

  • Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting adverts, conducting interviews, and assisting in the hiring process
  • Maintaining employee records according to policies
  • Maintaining the HR System
  • Using the Online Recruitment system for job applications
  • Assisting in the on boarding process of new joiners
  • Assisting in ad hoc projects
  • Collecting references for new joiners
  • Representing the Firm in recruitment events

The Requirements:

  • University degree with a minimum grade of 2:1 or equivalent in Human Resource Management or Occupational Psychology or Business Administration or any other related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a recruitment role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and spoken)
