ZenFinex’s award winning FCA regulated broker operations team, with multiple exciting role opportunities, is now open the position of Business Analyst.

The main responsibilities are: 

  • Building KPI Structures
  • Evaluate business processes, analyse requirements, uncover areas for improvement and development
  • Study system capabilities; design modifications; construct workflow charts and diagrams
  • Write technical specifications
  •  Collaborate with key stakeholders to define, develop, shape and refine requirements
  •  Develop test strategies, document test scenarios, and coordinate the execution of test scripts
  • Conduct research on industry best practices and standards to implement product improvements continuously
  •  Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
  •  Conduct and coordinate product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning
  •  Interpret and evaluate research data to develop data driven business analyses and projections
  •  Perform weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
  •  Create informative, actionable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement

The key requirements are:

  • Fluent verbal and written English
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amount of information with attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver solutions with a high degree of accuracy in a timely manner
  • BSc/MSc Degree on of the following areas: Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Finance or similar
  • Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Knowledge and experience in the trading /financial industry or in a similar position will be considered an advantage
  • Experience with MS Power BI or any other BI tool will be considered an advantage
