The Role
- Analyzing functional requirements, designing, developing, and implementing software solutions.
- Collaborating with developers, architects, and analysts to deliver high-quality systems.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with robust, sustainable solutions.
- Staying current with emerging technologies and best practices.
- Conducting unit testing and supporting business/user acceptance testing.
- Monitoring and optimizing the performance of internal systems.
- Participating in team development meetings and contributing ideas.
- Interpreting user needs and software requirements effectively.
- Writing, maintaining, and improving code within the team codebase.
- Creating technical documentation and providing training to internal users.
- Supporting all aspects of software design and development.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate degrees in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified) are considered an advantage.
- Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in software development. Prior exposure to the banking, corporate, or payment processing industries will be considered an advantage.
- Strong experience with .NET/C# and .NET Core (or similar technologies).
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following:
- API development.
- Microservices architecture
- Web development
- Relational databases (e.g., MSSQL)
- Experience with Git or similar version control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for continuous learning.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience in DevOps tools and practices is a plus.
- Excellent command of the English and Greek Languages, both verbal and written.
Salary range: €2.5k–€3.5k gross × 13 salaries
