Job Description
SILICONBLUE Corporation Ltd, importer and authorized distributor of Brother in Greece and Cyprus, wishes to employ an IT person for a full time job, at the IT Support team. Will be responsible to provide Hardware and Software technical support via telephone, remotely or visiting site location for problems on Computers, Servers, Software and Networking environments.
Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Information Systems or Information Technology or in a related field
- Minimum of 2 year previous experience in similar position, is mandatory
- Having any of the following certifications: CCNA | MCSA | MCSE | Office 365 | Azure, etc
- Knowledge and experience of Windows O/S mostly and iOS preferably
- Experience with LAN/WAN Network technologies (IP/DNS/DHCP), components (Firewall/Routes/Switches) and related topics
- Experience with Windows Server Active Directory and knowledge of Exchange Server
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (verbal & written)
- Strong commitment to teamwork
- Creative Thinking
- Ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Driving License
- Military obligations fulfilled
