We are looking to recruit a Quality Control Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership and administration of the QC Scoring System Report
  • Administration of various QC reports
  • Act as a point of contact for all agents in regards to bonuses, fines and penalties
  • Determine Call Center and Agents quality standards by listening and studying outbound and inbound calls of Sales Agents
  • Provide feedback via reports, to Head of Quality Control of all monitored calls
  • Assist in any other QC related task
  • Issue reports as and when needed
  • Assist in monitoring quality of services provided by the company

Key Requirements:

  • Proficient English Speaker
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Desirable Qualifications:

  • BA degree in Business Administration
  • German language would be a plus
