We are looking to recruit an experienced and talented Product Manager to add to our dynamic Exclusive team.
Job description
You will identify, define, analyse, prioritize and refine the product requirements and will communicate those requirements to the development team.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Defining vision, a strategy of the Partnership products of the company (for common partners, introducing brokers, affiliate networks)
- Introducing and marketing new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production
- Bringing products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements
- Prioritizing features by ranking them against the strategic goals and initiatives
- Providing information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product plans
- Determining customers' needs and desires
- Communication and interviewing the customers
- Planning release delivery and timeline for implementation, managing dependencies in and across releases to complete release phases and milestones
- Work on projects with remote teams and outsourced team. Team management, budgeting
Work Experience / Knowledge
- 2+ years of working experience as a business analyst/project manager/product owner in financial sector
- Fluent English

- Strong organization skills
- Leadership skills and a proven record of successfully driving large scale projects that involved multiple stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, logical analysis, and conceptual thinking
- Good negotiation skills
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to obtain stakeholders’ buy-in and cooperation across departments
- Result-driven, with the ability to overcome challenges, prioritize work effectively and act proactively in a rapidly changing environment
Education
- BSc/MSc Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or a related field
- CySEC Basic or Advanced certification will be considered an advantage
