About the role

Unlimint is currently looking for an HR Operations Manager to join its international and fast-growing team in Limassol office, Cyprus. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in HR administration with the ability to provide focused and timely HR advice, support, and consultancy services to managers and employees. The position will also support the Finance department in other activities as directed.

Main responsibilities:
  • Prepare documents for employment (employment agreements, NDA, amendments and etc.)
  • Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate, and complies with legislation
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, service standards, and contractual obligations
  • Communicate with the external parties on HR-related matters
  • Manage the work-permit and immigration process
  • Assist finance department in payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
  • Communicate with employees about their documentation and answers specific questions of managers and employees
  • HR reporting
  • Other ad-hoc tasks
Your experience and mindset:
  • Proven experience as an HR officer, HR administrator, or other HR roles
  • Understanding of Labour Law and practices
  • Strong administration and excellent record keeping skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Russian language is an asset
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail
