Position: Technical Support Engineer
Location: Limassol, Malaysia
Monitor systems and logs for anomalies and issues;
Monitor the Jira Technical support Queue for incidents;
Investigate incidents and escalate when required;
Respond to incident reporters within SLA;
Analyze incidents and logs and follow the incident trail;
Produce a technical description of the incident for the engineering team;
BSc in Computer Science or Related Field;
3+ years experience in a similar position;
Experience with REST APIs and SQL queries;
Able to analyze logs, investigate and troubleshoot;
Good communication skills, ability to communicate with incident reporters;
Capable of writing technical tickets for the engineering teams;
Excellent problem solving skills;
Must be able to work under pressure;
