Job Description


  • acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
  • booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation 
  • organising events and conferences
  • reminding the team of important tasks and deadlines 
  • keeping minutes for meetings 
  • typing, compiling and preparing correspondence 
  • managing database and the  filling system 
  • implementing and maintaining administrative systems
  • liaising with staff, suppliers and clients 
  • collecting and filing expenses 
  • manage the corporate calendar 
  • liaise with social insurance, tax departments where documents must be submitted 
  • ensure that all office stationery, food and beverage supplies as well as bills are arranged 
  • English, Greek and Russian language (preferably)
