Our team is currently expanding, and we are currently looking to hire an experienced Payments Officer for our offices in Limassol.
Key responsibilities of the position:
Responsible for the implementation for a variety of payment solutions
Perform daily Payment Provider Reconciliations and follow up on any discrepancies
Monitor payment provider settlements and bank settlement postings
Liaise with banks and other third-party payment providers in relation to the execution of payments
Work closely with other related departments to ensure smooth and effective operation
Build and maintain relationships with banks and PSP’s
Ensure that all payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner
Constant monitoring of the cash flows in each wallet and bank account in multiple currencies; Daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations
Prepare financial reports as requested by management
Work on night shifts in weekly rotation (19:00 – 04:00 and 00:00 – 09.00)
Skills and competencies required:
BSc in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Mathematics or any other related field
Fluency in English both verbal and written
At least 1 year of experience within the FinTech industry as a Payments Officer or in a similar role
Ability to work under pressure
Detailed oriented
Strong analytical skills
Availability and willingness to work on the night shifts is mandatory
