MAIN RESPONSIBILITES:
- Full management of the sales and marketing activities for the promotion of the Limassol second hand and developer property market
- Meeting personal sales targets
- Meeting office sales targets
- Motivation of team members and improvement of organizational structure
- Development and execution 2021-2022 Marketing plan for the purpose of lead generation
- Development of cross-sales between different cities
- Building the relationships with Agency network
- Working with CRM
- Selection of property objects for clients
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient Russian language, both spoken and written is a must (English / Greek is Advantage)
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Knowledge of MS office software
- Result driven, self-motivated and ambitious team player
- Have a resilient, positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to work independently and able to supervise a team of agents
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Solid negotiation, sales, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
