About the Account Manager job: 

Great opportunity to join an international team and to become front-facing client support in terms of merchant acquisition, to be an ambassador of PowerCash21 flagship products and become an expert in all things payments.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling the incoming leads from the viewpoint of a Strategic Consultant: Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis. You will act as first point of contact for merchants in terms of Powercash21 product, delivering expertise, education, and guidance to merchants as they craft and execute on a comprehensive, global payments strategy.
  • Relationship Management: Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel within merchant organization and leverage those relationships to drive the best possible merchant experience.
  • Collaboration: Work with individuals and teams across Powercash21 to ensure the best possible merchant experience and to develop yourself and your colleagues professionally.
  • Feedback: Serve as a feedback loop for the organization, gathering merchant’s feedback, evaluating the evolution of merchant needs, and communicate these to product and management personnel.
  • Commercial/Portfolio Growth: By focusing on meeting merchant needs and strategic targets and KPIs for personal growth and development.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in an account management/sales or complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or financial services (specifically payments) role.
  • Experience in the payments industry from the merchant side is a must.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English or other languages. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside of Powercash21.
  • Driven by the results and capacity for innovation in the payments space, and passionate in your willingness to create value.
  • Comfortable in B2B environment from either payment service provider/acquirer or merchant side.
  • A self-standing associate with the ability to lead and manage time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.

 

Location

The Account Manager will be based in our offices in Cyprus.
