Job Description

We're currently looking for a Payments Manager to join our team and help spread our message. Our newest team member will be responsible for dealing with payments providers in relation to payment issues.

Key duties:

  • Contact research to identify Banks and PSPs
  • Recommend new banks and PSPs to the Management according to business needs and provide guidance to the Management regarding related issues.
  • Interaction with PSPs and ability to develop long-lasting relationships and negotiate terms and conditions.
  • Dealing with the onboarding of banks and PSPs and integration.
  • Monitoring bank and PSP fees are correctly charged according to the agreement.
  • Suggestions and implementation of how we can decrease banks and PSP fees.
  • Comparison of fees between banks and PSPs, and optimisation of the structure
  • Suggestions and implementation how we can decrease declines from PSPs and how to increase approval rates.
  • Corresponding with banks and all PSPs on issues.
  • Reconcile payments received against statements from PSP and ensure that the correct amounts are recorded in the company's official records.
  • Monitoring accuracy of fees deduction and rolling reserve from the PSP
  • Keeping track of market trends, looking for cost - reduction opportunities, checking - approving contracts / commercial parts / developing relationships with external contacts all over the world.
  • Report to the CEO and CFO

Key requirements:

  • University degree in Economics/Finance or Business will be considered a strong advantage
  • Previous experience in a relevant field is a must
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written. Detail - oriented and focused 
  • Strong sense of professionalism, organisational skills.
