Executive Assistant – YNV Group

Businesses are run by their leaders. But as you know, an Executive Assistant is an irreplaceable part of this.
The EA is the engine which keeps an executive’s office running, allowing them time to focus on the essential and crucial part of their role. This means that an EA is performing a critical mix of managing the executive’s time, as well as supporting with travel arrangements and logistics, and briefing the executive on upcoming engagements.

About the role
We are looking for an experienced, high performing EA to support the founder of the YNV Group. This is a critical role in the organization, ensuring that the founder is focused on the right areas and requires a high degree of organizational abilities as we manoeuvre through the challenges of continuing to grow and evolve the YNV Portfolio.
The EA will help the founder with critical daily business activities as well as giving him time back to focus on the critical activities they need to ensure the growth agenda for the organisation is met.
In our dynamic and forward-oriented environment, you will be exposed to a high level of complex operations and sensitive information in a truly global organization. You are the ideal candidate for this position if you are already operating in an EA role supporting a global Executive, and can operate effectively in this role across multiple time zones to ensure the Founder’s office runs smoothly and efficiently.
