Job Description / Duties

  • Managing corporate procedures related to the Cyprus entity
  • Managing legal processes related to the Cyprus entity 
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Assist the Finance department in handling minor bookkeeping, back-office and treasury day to day tasks
  • Assist with relocation processes for the team to Cyprus



  • Excellent Greek & English language skills both spoken and written
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office skills, especially spreadsheets
  • Prior experience working in secretary companies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail along with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Well-presented, trustworthy and punctual
  • We are looking for someone long-term that wants to grow within the company
  • Russian language is a plus
