Prime Property Group is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for a Legal Manager.
Negotiating the legal part of the sales and purchase contracts of the group
Providing legal advice and guidance on all kinds of legal matters
Ensuring compliance of laws and regulations for all operations in an organization
Studying contracts and legal documents to make sure that it is in the organization’s interests
Handling lawsuits of the company
Evaluate new business partnerships with contractors and subcontractors.
Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters.
Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
Handle all HR legal issues
Performing various tasks related to legal matters in a company
Requirements for the position:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar position
A Bachelor’s law degree is a must, Master’s is highly preferred
Strong knowledge about corporate laws and regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Must be able to work under high stress and save the company from legal difficulties
Must be able to maintain confidentiality about all legal matters
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Good knowledge of Greek and English languages
