PARIMATCH is an international online sports betting company with more than 20 years of presence, more than 1,600 employees in the CIS region and one of the Gambling Industry Leaders on CIS market. We are now expanding to Cyprus and we are looking to recruit for the Offices in Limassol an experienced Receptionist.
Answers and transfers incoming calls, in a positive and warm manner, and takes massages
Welcomes clients and guests in a friendly way and ensures a comfortable and pleasant stay
Undertakes general office duties including filing, receiving parcels and letters, and ensures the smooth running of the reception area
Provides information to guests and staff in person or by phone
Responsible to maintain the reception’s environment hygiene
Responsible for the conference bookings
Assists the HR Team with any task assigned by the Group HR Director
Assists in the organization of any corporate events
Responsible for office stock taking
Qualification in secretarial studies, administration or any other related field will be considered as an advantage
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
At least 2-3 years of experience as a receptionist, secretary or office administrator
Fluency in English (Russian language will be considered as an advantage)
Team-player and able to work under pressure
Friendly and polite personality

Working hours fixed 09:00 – 18:00 (1 hour lunch break)
