Job Description

HR Assistant's Requirements
  • BSc/MSc in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Marketing or any other relevant field
  • Previous work experience will be considered as an advantage
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Needs to be able to communicate clearly, both written and verbally, with employees, members of the Management Team, in presentations, meetings and with external parties
  • Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Advanced knowledge of the English language (both verbal & in writing) - any other language will be considered as an advantage
  • High level of computer literacy skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Key Responsibilities
  • Creating Facebook Campaigns for recruitment purposes, handling and organizing incoming CVs and managing the company’s social media accounts
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
  • Provide support during the training procedure of the new employees (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
  • Coordinating meetings with management as well as with other departments within the group of companies
  • Assisting employees with matters that might arise
  • Processing incoming mail
  • Creating and distributing documents
  • Serving as a point of contact between Management and the employees
  • Setting appointments and arranging meetings
  • Maintaining calendars of the Management Team
  • Organize company events
