JOB SUMMARY
The Cyprus Institute of Neurology and Genetics is looking for a Laboratory Scientific Officer for its Department of Electron Microscopy/Molecular Pathology.

The successful candidate will perform specialized laboratory diagnostic and/or research services in order to provide data for use in understanding, treatment and diagnosis of human diseases.

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING
  • BA/BSc or equivalent degree in any Biological Science, Chemistry or closely related field
  • MSc in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry or related discipline and/or hands-on experience with mass spectrometry (MS) instrumentation in at least one area of MS-based omics together with general familiarity with MS data analysis software and bioinformatics tools for proteomic studies will be considered as advantages.
